We provide every member of the 912|Living family with the same service. Therefore, everyone pays the same!

$ 500 Procurement Fee includes:

  • Upload data set up and provide access to the owner portal
  • Pictures of the house
  • Video of the house
  • Market the house on Facebook, Zillow, Trulia, Lovely, Apartment List, etc
  • Find a tenant
  • “For Rent” sign on your property
  • Personally show and promote your property (we do not give out keys)
  • Ensure tenant has renters insurance
  • Handover of house and keys
  • Thorough move-out inspection
  • Thorough move-in inspection
  • Conduct a credit check, eviction report, and background check
  • The first month’s $129 Management Fee included

$ 129 monthly Management Fee includes:

  • Online Owner Portal – 24/7 access to all owner documents for the property
  • Electronic money transfer directly into your bank account
  • Collection of rent
  • Accurate bookkeeping
  • Tax form – 1099 at the end of the year

$ 50 Six-month inspection includes:

  • Every six months, we will personally inspect your home to ensure that your investment is taking care of
  • We will check if the Air Condition filter has been changed
  • We will check if the Smoke Detectors are working
  • We will check if there is adequate cleanliness throughout the house
  • We will check if all the appliances are in working order
  • We will check if the yard is taken care of
  • We will check if there are signs of pest infestation
  • We will check if there are signs of smoking since all our homes are non-smoking homes
  • We will check if there are signs of pets
  • We will check if there are repairs that need to be made

$250 Tenant Turnover includes:

  • Instead of the $500 Procurement fee, we only charge $250 for tenant turnover
  • If the tenant must break the lease early in the first year (e.g., Military orders), we do not charge a tenant turnover fee
